Production, Shipping and Exchange Policy
Production, Shipping and Handling:
Since Yinibini Baby brands items are handmade, please allow up to 14 days of production time, and an additional 5 - 10 days for shipping. Sometimes, we may have the Yinibini Baby brand item that you ordered already made, and if so, we will ship it within three business days. We currently only ship to:
- United States
- US Minor Outlying Islands
-USPS PO Box and Military FPO/APO/DPO
Items will be shipped via USPS or UPS with tracking. We re-use shipping boxes to be more environmentally responsible.
LOST PACKAGES:
We are not responsible for packages lost in the mail. If an item is lost in the mail, a support ticket will be created with the USPS or UPS and it usually takes 5-6 business days to get a response from the shipping company. A “delayed” item is not considered “lost”, and so a support ticket will not be created, and we will carefully monitor the tracking of delayed items.
PICK UP ORDERS:
Items can be ordered for pick up, by choosing the pick up option at check-out. When items are ready for pick up, an email will be sent to the email address on the order. Items must be picked up within 14 days of the sent email. We reserve the right to cancel your order if your items are not picked up within 14 days of the sent email. You will be refunded for your order, minus a 5% restocking fee.
READY TO SHIP:
Some items are ready to ship, and can be found under the “Ready to Ship” category in the webshop. These items ship within three business days (not including weekends or holidays). If a Yinibini Baby brand item (made to order) is in your order with a “Ready To Ship” item, the order will not be shipped until all items are ready.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
We will happily accept items for EXCHANGE, within 10 days of purchase for instore purchases and within 10 days of the delivery receipt date for online purchases. We do not accept RETURNS for funds, unless there is a manufacturer’s defect. Proof of purchase must be provided.
Items must be in their original packaging, with original tags and not have any signs of use, wear, stains, smells or damage, and must be free from dust, including but not limited to pet hair and lint. Items can be exchanged for similarly priced items, or in the case of exchange for a higher priced item the customer will pay for the difference, including sales tax and shipping if applicable.
Items not eligible for exchange include:
books and other media, toothbrushes, teethers, pacifiers, sunnies (sunglasses), toiletries, spoons, plates, dolls, stuffies, soft rattles and food.
SECONDS or SALE items are final sale and are also not eligible for exchange or return.
Please initiate the exchange/return inquiry within 10 days of receiving the item by sending an email to yinibinibaby [@] gmail [dot] com with the word ‘EXCHANGE’ or ‘RETURN’ in the title. Once we receive the item and determine that it is eligible for exchange or return, the item can be exchanged for the same or similarly priced item, or in the case of a manufacturer’s defect, a refund will be credited to the original form of payment. If you are the purchaser, please correspond from the email address on the order and include the order number or receipt with your email. If you are a giftee, please indicate that in your email, and provide a gift receipt and/or the gifter’s name.
CHANGE OF SHIPPING ADDRESS:
We no longer accept address changes via email. In order to change the address, your order will have to be cancelled, and then re-ordered with the correct shipping address.
We reserve the right to change our policy at any time without notice.
