Production, Shipping and Exchange Policy
Production, Shipping and Handling:
Since items are handmade, please allow 8 - 12 business (does not include weekend days) days of production time, and an additional 5 days for shipping. Items will be shipped via USPS with tracking. Our shipping rate is $6. In the case of large orders, your order may be shipped via Fedex Ground. We currently only ship in the USA. We are not responsible for packages lost in the mail.
Items can only be exchanged within 10 days of receiving items. All items presented for exchange must be in its original condition: no stains, not used, not worn, and with tags attached. Returns for funds are not accepted.
To initiate an exchange, please email email@example.com with the word EXCHANGE in the subject heading.
Exchanges by mail will be charged an additional $6 shipping fee. This fee does not apply if the exchange is due to a manufacturer's defect or error. Exchanges will be shipped via USPS with tracking, or in the case of large orders, via Fedex Ground.
Exchanges in person can happen at any of my market booths. Just send an email so that I can get your new item ready! Let me know which market and day you will visit. I will try my best to accommodate your time frame!
If you ordered online and then would prefer to pick it up from me at my market booth, (make prior arrangements with me by emailing me at firstname.lastname@example.org) your shipping charges will be refunded.
